Start by rinsing your skin with warm water. Next, take a small amount of body scrub and apply it to your hand. Gently massage it onto your skin using small circular motions, either with your hand or an exfoliating glove. Scrub gently for no more than 30 seconds, then rinse your skin thoroughly with lukewarm water.
