Refund policy

At Glowing Bliss Co., your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. We're here to assist you with returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Return & Exchange Guidelines:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
